I’m a certified Life Coach, a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, a Hibiscus Moon Certified Crystal Practitioner, Certified Crystal Reiki Master, Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor with specialized training in Holistic Birthing, Hypnobirthing, and Holistic Postpartum Health.

In addition to my trainings, the life experiences I have been blessed with have been to prepare me for my role as your guide.

I’m a boy mom of three, married to the love of my life, and a modern hippie. I’m not perfect by I strive to live a healthy, natural life by using herbs, oils, crystals, and astrology the way they were gifted to us. I’m a passionate, fierce woman on a mission to make a change.

Finding my Bliss and moving towards my purpose in life, my Dharma, has been my overall focus through the past years. I have realized the more connected and in tuned I am with the universe, the easier I flow through the constant seasons of change called life.
